We design your stand in 3D, build it in our own Jeddah workshop, install it on the show floor and stay with you through the show until it comes down. No middleman between the design and the build, so what you approve is what actually gets built.
The gap between a company that designs and buys a stand and one that owns its workshop shows in four places the client only sees late.
It is built in our workshop and dry-assembled before shipping, so a problem is found on the bench rather than on the show floor the night before opening.
A colour, a material or the position of a screen changes within hours inside our workshop, no renegotiation, no change order with an outside supplier.
We are not waiting behind another factory's queue. The show date is fixed, and building in-house is what makes meeting it realistic.
The people who built the stand are the ones who install it. They know every piece and solve problems on site instead of phoning whoever made it.
A stand rarely stands alone. These are the services that complete the show, each with its own page.
Faces, illuminated letters and display units laser cut and CNC routed in our own workshop.
Stand graphics, brochures, POSM and branded gifts, ready alongside the installation date.
Hosts and promoters trained on your product, running the stand through the show with a field supervisor.
The identity and the message of your participation, before it is printed on walls and screens.
An activity in or around the stand: a live demo, a product trial, something that pulls visitors from the aisle.
Photography of the stand and content published during the show, not a week after it.
Interactive screens and visitor registration that connects the show to your customer list.
The full service in detail, across every city in the Kingdom.
Choosing the right type saves more than negotiating the price, because it decides the materials, the installation and whether the stand can be used again.
Designed from scratch for your space and your message: structure, materials and finishes that are yours alone, and the strongest presence in the aisle.
A system that is dismantled, stored and rebuilt at different sizes. It costs more the first time and clearly less from the second show onwards.
Open on four sides: it needs a design that reads from every angle, with lighting and a hanging sign visible across the hall.
Open on two sides, and the best balance of cost and visibility when the entrance is placed at the right corner.
The ready-made stand the organiser provides: we change the graphics, lighting and furniture so it looks custom at a far smaller cost.
Meeting space above, reception below, with structural calculations and extra organiser approvals.
Seven steps every stand goes through; what changes is the size of the work, not the order.
We take the stand number, the area, the open sides, the exhibition name and dates, and the organiser's rules manual.
What are you showing? Who do you want to stop? What should a visitor remember afterwards? Design starts here, not with the look.
A realistic view from the aisle, with technical drawings and dimensions, approved before the first board is cut.
Materials, lighting and screens, and in parallel we submit the drawings to the organiser and follow approvals and insurance.
Joinery, acrylic, painting and print, with a dry assembly before shipping. You are welcome to visit and see your stand standing.
Shipping and installation inside the build window the organiser sets, handed over ready before opening.
A supervisor and immediate fixes through the show, then dismantling and storage when the stand is modular and reusable.
Three to five weeks from design approval to handover.
One to two weeks, depending on graphics and furniture.
Days to refresh the graphics, a week for larger changes.
1 to 5 working days for most orders.
The first question is always the price per square metre, and the honest answer is that the metre alone decides nothing. These six factors are what actually move the number.
An island open on four sides needs design and finishing from every direction; a corner needs less, and a stand inside a row less again.
High walls, a hanging sign and a second deck need calculations, approvals and different installation equipment.
The gap between a printed panel and an acrylic face with internal lighting shows in the cost and in the visitor's first impression.
Lighting makes half the impression; screens and interaction raise the cost and should be measured, not added as decoration.
Counters, tables, a back store and a meeting room: small details on the drawing, real ones on the invoice.
Jeddah is closest to our workshop. A compressed overnight build in another city means a bigger team and higher hours.
Send the stand number and size, the exhibition name and its dates, and we come back within 24 hours with a realistic range, itemised: design, production, graphics, lighting, transport, installation, staffing, dismantling. Get a quote or message us on WhatsApp at 0567069088.
Every exhibition has a rules manual: maximum height, fire-rated materials, build and dismantle windows, an insurance certificate, drawing approval before anyone enters, and sometimes load calculations for hanging structures or a second deck. We read it on day one, prepare the drawings and documents, and chase the approval before production rather than after, because a stand refused at the gate is a lost show, not a small change. We work in Jeddah's exhibition and conference venues, and ship and install in Riyadh, Dammam and more than 30 cities.
Ask any stand company, including us. The answers separate builders from brokers.
Ask for the workshop address, or to visit. "We have a factory" is not "we work with a factory", and the difference appears at the first change.
A dry assembly finds mistakes while they are cheap. Skip it and you find them on the show floor.
Graphics? Lighting? Furniture? Transport? Installation? Dismantling? Insurance? A lump sum hides items you will pay for later.
A named supervisor and a number, not an office line. Things break in the first hour of the first day.
Heights, materials and build windows differ between shows. Anyone who has not read it will find out at the gate.
If the answer is always no, you are paying from zero at every show. A modular system is a decision that saves for years.
These are not design mistakes. They are decisions taken early whose result appears on the show floor.
The space is chosen after you know how many visitors you want, what you are showing and how many people will stand with you. The other way round, you pay for area you never use.
A visitor passes in two seconds. If they cannot tell from a distance who you are and what you offer, they will not step in, however beautiful the stand.
Some shows give you a single night. A design that needs two days of installation in one night means opening with a half-built stand.
Boxes, bags and giveaways need a closed space. Without one they pile behind the counter and appear in every photograph.
Lighting is planned with the design, not after it. A beautiful stand under weak light photographs as less than it is.
A show with no way to record who visited is spend without a trace. Decide it before opening, not on the last day.
More than 180 stands designed, built and installed, for clients including Jeddah Season, King Abdullah Economic City, Abdul Latif Jameel, BMW and Unilever. Every project on our portfolio page was actually delivered, and most of it came out of our Jeddah workshop.
What comes up with almost every exhibitor on the first call.
It depends on the area, the open sides, the height, materials, lighting, screens, furniture and the build window. Send the stand number and size with the exhibition name and dates, and we return a realistic itemised range within 24 hours.
A mid-sized custom stand takes three to five weeks from design approval. An upgraded shell scheme takes one to two weeks. Graphics and print take 1 to 5 working days.
In our own Jeddah workshop on Prince Sultan Road, with more than 10 production machines. That is why we can change things quickly and dry-assemble before shipping.
Yes. We read the rules manual, prepare the drawings, documents and insurance certificate, and chase approval before production starts.
Yes, if it is designed as a modular system from the start: dismantled, stored and rebuilt at different sizes, with only the graphics refreshed for the next show.
Yes, trained on your product, with a field supervisor and a daily visitor report, in Jeddah and more than 30 cities.
Yes. We build in Jeddah, then ship and install in Riyadh, Dammam, Makkah, Madinah and the rest of the Kingdom with the same team.
Tell us the date immediately. Sometimes the answer is a modular stand or an upgraded shell scheme instead of a custom build, delivered in far less time with a similar presence.
Yes, and we encourage it. Seeing the stand standing in the workshop is the best guarantee before it reaches the hall.
Send the exhibition name and dates with your stand number and size on WhatsApp at 0567069088 or through the quote page, and we come back within 24 hours with an initial concept and a cost range.
