The work behind the work
Most of the work in an event never appears in the photographs. An agency is judged on the parts nobody sees — and those are the parts we built the company around.
Whether the stand cleared the organiser's height limit. Whether the print arrived on time. Whether the promoter on shift knew the product well enough to answer a real question. An event management agency lives or dies on these, and none of them photograph well.
We have been doing this in Saudi Arabia since 2011 — more than 350 delivered projects across exhibitions, activations, printing, fabrication and digital. Long enough to have made most of the mistakes already, at our own cost rather than a client's.
Our workshop in Jeddah does the fabrication, our printers do the print, our promoters work the floor. When something needs to change on a Tuesday for a Thursday show, there is nobody to phone but ourselves — which is the whole difference between an event management agency and a broker with a slide deck.
The numbers
Figures an event management agency can point at, rather than adjectives. Each one is countable, and each one is checkable against the work shown elsewhere on this site.
Delivered across exhibitions, brand activations, printing, fabrication, branding and digital work.
Exhibition stands designed, fabricated and installed — the largest single line of work in the agency, and the way most clients meet us. Each one built in Jeddah and installed wherever the show is.
Trained brand ambassadors and event staff on file, briefed per campaign rather than per shift — the part of an event management agency that visitors actually speak to.
From Jeddah and Riyadh to Abha, Tabuk and Jubail, with the crew travelling alongside the build — one event management agency covering the whole country rather than a network of strangers.
One contract
A single activation usually needs a stand, printed material, branded giveaways, trained staff and content coming out of it. Split across five suppliers, every handover is a place for the schedule to slip.
Custom and modular exhibition stands, designed, fabricated and installed for events in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam.
Mall and event activations: sampling zones, interactive builds, and the crews who run them day after day.
Offset, digital and large-format printing, POSM and branded items — over 500 print projects delivered.
CNC routing, laser cutting, carpentry, metalwork and spray finishing under our own roof in Jeddah.
Visual identity, guidelines and packaging for more than 200 brands across 50+ industries.
Trained promoters and brand ambassadors available across 30 Saudi cities, briefed on the product.
Why it matters
An event management agency that outsources its fabrication loses two things, and both of them surface late in the project, when they cost the most to fix.
The first is the ability to change something mid-build. When design and production sit under one roof, a late material change is a conversation. When they do not, it is a change order, a new quote, and a week you did not have.
The second is control of the date. A subcontracted workshop has other clients and its own queue, and your show date is not its problem. Ours is the only queue we manage, so the installation date holds.
That is the single reason most of our clients come back for the next event rather than re-tendering. Not loyalty — arithmetic. Re-tendering costs them a month of briefing a new supplier on things we already know.
Coverage
Jeddah is where we build. An event management agency is only as useful as the ground it can cover, and ours covers the Kingdom.
Riyadh, Dammam, Khobar, Makkah, Madinah, Abha, Taif, Jubail, Yanbu, Tabuk and beyond — 30 cities in total, with the crew travelling alongside the build and installing it on site.
For a brand running a national campaign that matters more than it sounds. One brief, one standard of finish, and one team accountable in every region — instead of a different local contractor in each, each with its own idea of what "finished" means.
How it runs
Six steps, the same on a mall activation and on a 200-square-metre stand. The only thing that changes is how long each one takes.
What the project has to achieve, the date it cannot move past, and the budget range. We would rather hear a real number and design to it than quote something you were never going to approve.
You see it before it is built — photorealistic views, not mood boards. Changes here cost an afternoon; changes after fabrication starts cost materials.
Organiser forms, venue permissions, structural drawings where the build needs them. An event management agency that leaves this to you is handing back the hardest part of the job.
Fabrication, print and finishing in our own facilities in Jeddah, with progress photographs rather than reassurance.
The crew travels with the work and installs inside the venue's window. Anything that could go wrong on site was already found in the workshop dry build.
Someone reachable for the duration, then teardown, storage or refurbishment depending on what was agreed at step one.
Common questions
The four questions that come up in almost every first meeting with a new event management agency.
Both. A fair share of our production work comes through other agencies who need a build partner rather than a competitor. We do not approach their clients, and that is why the arrangement lasts.
There is no floor, but below a certain size an event management agency adds cost rather than value — a single pull-up banner does not need us. Printing, fabrication and small activations we take happily; if we think you would be better served elsewhere, we say so.
Yes, and it is the easier conversation. Give us the number and the objective, and the design is built to fit. The alternative — designing first and pricing after — is how exhibitors end up cutting the parts that mattered.
Eight weeks for a custom stand, two to three for an activation, and a few days for print. Peak exhibition season fills earlier, so the honest answer is: as soon as your date is confirmed.
Before you choose
Including us. An event management agency that cannot answer these plainly is telling you something.
And can you visit it this week? A workshop you can walk into is a different proposition from a rendering and a promise.
Staff on the payroll who have been briefed on your product, or a crew meeting your brand for the first time that morning?
Organisers change height limits and deadlines two weeks out. Ask what happened the last time it did, and to whom the cost fell.
