What an event management agency actually has to do
Most of the work in an event never appears in the photographs. An event management agency is judged on the parts nobody sees: whether the stand cleared the organiser's height limit, whether the print arrived before the doors opened, whether the promoter on shift knew the product. Split across five suppliers, every handover is a place for the schedule to slip.
