We do not publish every opening. As a production house in Jeddah that designs, builds and runs projects in-house, these are the teams we hire for through the year, tell us which one is yours.
Design
3D and exhibition designers, graphic designers and brand identity designers who can take a brief to a concept a client approves. A portfolio is essential.
Production Workshop
Carpenters, acrylic and CNC operators, painters, print technicians and installers who build stands, displays and signage in our Jeddah workshop.
Project Management
Project managers who own a project from the first call to handover: the schedule, the workshop, the suppliers, the site and the client.
Events & Field Operations
Event coordinators and site supervisors who run experiences in malls and exhibitions and keep every day on site on plan.
Promoters & Brand Ambassadors
Promoters and hosts for campaigns in many Saudi cities, briefed and trained on each brand before the first day.

An exhibition opens on a fixed date. You work to that date with a team that plans backwards from it, and within weeks you see your work standing on a show floor, in a mall or on a brand's feed.
Design and workshop side by side
Designers walk into the workshop, and the workshop is part of the design conversation. You learn how things are actually built, and why some ideas work on screen but not on site.

Do you have open positions right now?
We hire through the year as projects grow. Even when no role is published, send your CV, strong profiles are considered as soon as a matching need opens.
How do I apply?
Email your CV to info@thetouch.site with the team you are applying for in the subject line. Designers and content creators should include a portfolio link or PDF.
Where would I work?
Our office and production workshop are in Jeddah. Field and event roles can take place in Riyadh, Dammam and the other cities where our projects run.
Do you hire promoters for individual campaigns?
Yes. We build promoter and brand ambassador teams for campaigns in many Saudi cities. Send your details and the cities where you can work.
What do you look for in a candidate?
Care for detail, reliability on deadlines, and respect for the client and the team. Skills can be taught; attitude is much harder to teach.
Do I need experience in events or exhibitions?
It helps, but it is not always required. Workshop, design and content roles value strong craft skills from any industry.
Should designers send a portfolio?
Yes. For design, 3D and content roles, the portfolio matters more than the CV. Show work you did yourself and explain your part in team projects.
