Not every show needs a stand built from scratch. For a first appearance, a roadshow, a conference or a tight budget, exhibition booth rental or a portable system you own gets you a branded, lit, furnished space in hours, from our Jeddah workshop to any hall in the Kingdom.
A custom stand is the right answer for a flagship show. These are the four situations where it is the wrong one, and a modular or portable system wins on every count.
The second show is where a system you own starts paying back. The frame, counters and lighting travel with you; only the printed graphics change, and those take days, not weeks.
A custom build needs design approval, production and a dry assembly. A modular stand from stock needs new graphics and a van. When the calendar is the constraint, this is the honest option.
A branded backdrop, a counter, a screen and two days per city. Carrying a custom structure to five cities costs more than the stand did; a portable kit folds into cases.
If you are not yet sure the audience is yours, rent a stand for one edition. Decide on the custom build with real visitor numbers instead of a guess.
A modular kit arrives as a frame. These are the parts that make it a brand, each from a team under the same roof.
Fabric and rigid graphics cut to the frame, roll-ups, counter wraps and the giveaways on the counter, printed in 1 to 5 working days.
Illuminated logo blocks, product plinths and shelving that clip onto the system and stay in the case between shows.
A small, briefed team is what makes a compact stand feel busy. Hosts and promoters with a supervisor, in 30+ cities.
One message that reads in two seconds from the aisle: the brief that decides what goes on three square metres of graphic.
A screen playing the right loop, a tablet collecting visitor details, and a QR code that lands on a page we build for the show.
A sampling moment, a demo or a small game turns a rented stand into the one visitors remember from that aisle.
Content shot on day one and published on day one, because a two-day roadshow has no time for next week.
When the brief is a flagship show and the space is an island, the custom build is the right page to read next.
Six kinds of modular exhibition stands and portable exhibition booths cover almost every brief under 36 square metres. Each one has a weight, a set-up time and a case count.
A tension-fabric graphic over a folding frame, 3 to 6 metres wide, set up by one person in under an hour. The classic portable exhibition booth for conferences and roadshows.
Reconfigurable profiles with rigid or fabric panels, integrated lighting and shelving. The same kit becomes a 9, 12 or 18 square metre stand from show to show.
Frame, lockable counter, a storeroom panel, raised floor and spotlights: a compact stand that works for four days, not four hours.
You keep the organiser's shell; we add full-height graphics, a counter, better lighting and flooring in a single night. The cheapest way to stop looking like the booth next door.
Frames, counters, lighting and furniture rented for one edition, dressed in your graphics and returned after dismantling. You pay for the show, not for the storage.
Weighted bases, printed canopies and wipe-clean counters for sampling in malls, festivals and open-air events, delivered with the permit paperwork in order.
Rental and purchase follow the same six steps; the difference is only who owns the frame when the show closes.
Send the stand size, the open sides, the show name and dates and the city. A modular stand is sized to the space rather than designed to it, so this is most of the brief.
One show in the next year: rent. Two or more: buy, and we store it between shows if you prefer. We show both prices side by side.
Artwork sized to the exact panel dimensions, a quick 3D view of the configuration and a lighting plan. Approval is usually a one-day loop.
Graphics printed and fitted to the frame in our workshop, the full kit test-assembled, then packed into labelled cases.
Our team sets up inside the organiser's build window, in hours. For a conference you can also set it up yourself from the labelled cases and a short guide.
Rented kits go back to stock; owned kits are repacked and either travel with you or stay in our storage, ready for the next edition.
New graphics in 1 to 5 working days, set up on site in hours.
One to two weeks for a kit with counters, lighting and storage.
One to two weeks for graphics, counter and lighting.
Days to refresh graphics, a week for a new configuration.
Rental quotes look cheap until the extras arrive. Ours is itemised, so these six lines are always visible before you sign.
Rental covers the frame, counter, lighting and furniture for one edition. Purchase covers the kit and its cases. The graphics are yours in both.
Priced by panel: fabric or rigid, single or double sided. The one item you pay for every show, and the one that makes it yours.
Jeddah is nearest to the stock. Riyadh, Dammam and other cities add transport and a team on site; a self-set-up conference kit adds neither.
Spotlights come with most kits. Screens, players and the organiser's power connection are separate lines, named as such.
Owned kits can stay in our Jeddah storage between editions. The quote names the storage line, so the cases do not live in your office corridor.
Rented frames are checked on return, and the quote states how normal wear and a damaged panel are treated, so nothing arrives as a surprise after the show.
Send the stand size, the show and its dates, and whether you want to rent or buy. Within 24 hours you get both options itemised: frame, graphics, lighting, transport, set-up, dismantling and storage. Request the quote or message 0567069088 on WhatsApp.
Our stock and workshop are in Jeddah, and modular kits travel well: Riyadh and Dammam are a day away, and we set up in more than 30 cities across the Kingdom. If your show is a flagship and the space is an island, read our pages on exhibition stands in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam, or the full custom exhibition stands page. For conferences, roadshows and mall sampling, a portable exhibition booth from this page is usually the better answer, and it is the one we recommend first when the calendar is short.
Ask them of any rental supplier, including us. The answers tell you whether the stand will be the one in the photograph.
A supplier who sub-rents cannot promise the kit arrives on time or in one piece. Ask where the stock sits and whether you can see it.
Panels differ by millimetres between systems. Ask for the artwork template with the quote, not after you have printed.
A name and a mobile number for the build window, and someone reachable on day one. A rented stand with a loose panel is still your stand.
Return, storage or repack: decide before the show, because dismantling night is the wrong time to find out the cases are missing.
If the first show works, you should be able to buy the kit you already know. Ask whether the rental fee counts towards it.
A modular stand does not have to look like one. These are the six things that give it away, and all six are avoidable.
A stand graphic is read at three metres while walking. One message, one image, a logo at eye height; a paragraph of text is a wall no one reads.
Hall lighting is flat and yellow. Two spotlights on the frame change the colour of your brand in every photo taken at the stand.
Bags, phones, half-drunk coffee. A lockable counter or a storage panel is cheap, and it is the difference between tidy and tired by day two.
The empty cases need a home: the organiser's storage, your vehicle or our team taking them away after set-up. In the stand, they are the first thing visitors see.
Tension fabric creases if it is folded damp or stored in heat. Steam it before the show or replace it; a creased graphic reads as a creased brand.
A compact stand without a person at it is furniture. One briefed host turns it into a conversation; our promoters do exactly that.
Our stands have stood at Jeddah Season, King Abdullah Economic City, Abdul Latif Jameel, BMW and Unilever events, and the same workshop that has built 180+ custom stands packs the modular kits that go out for one show at a time. Every project on our portfolio page was actually delivered.
Stands and displays our own team designed, built and installed, with no middleman.

Asked on almost every first call about exhibition booth rental in Saudi Arabia.
You send the space, dates and city; we propose a configuration from stock, print your graphics, deliver and set up inside the build window, and collect the kit after dismantling. You pay for the show, not for owning or storing a stand.
For one show in the next twelve months, renting is cheaper. From the second show onwards a kit you own usually costs less overall, because only the graphics are paid for each time. We quote both side by side.
With artwork approved, graphics take 1 to 5 working days and set-up on site takes hours. For a show in two weeks, this is the realistic option.
Yes. The same aluminium system becomes a 9, 12 or 18 square metre stand, inline or corner, with the panels rearranged and a few graphics added.
Yes, in Riyadh, Dammam and more than 30 cities. Transport and the team on site are named lines in the quote, and self-set-up kits for conferences travel as labelled cases.
The frame, counter, lighting and furniture for one edition, plus set-up and dismantling where we attend. Graphics, screens, transport outside Jeddah and storage are separate lines.
Yes. The printed graphics are yours in both rental and purchase. Store them flat or rolled, away from heat, and they serve several editions.
Yes, in Jeddah. Many clients keep the kit with us and simply send the next show's dates; the storage line is in the quote.
Almost always, as long as height limits and fire-rated materials are respected. We read the show's rules manual and submit the drawings where the organiser asks for them.
A flagship launch, an island space, a double deck or a demo that needs built-in services: then a custom stand earns its budget. Our custom exhibition stands page covers that route in detail.
Send the stand size, the show and its dates, and whether you would rather rent or own. Within 24 hours you have both options, itemised, and a configuration drawn for your space.
Most projects here combine more than one service. This is the full range, with the ones closest to this page first.
