What do you need from me for an accurate quote?
The service, the dates, the city and the size or quantity. For stands, the exhibition and stand number; for printing, the items and quantities; for promoters, the number of people and days. Photos, drawings or a previous design help a lot.
Can I get a quote without a finished design?
Yes. Most clients come with an idea, not a design. Our designers turn the brief into a concept, and the quote is based on it.
Can you work within a set budget?
Yes. Tell us the range and we propose the option that gives the most impact within it, adjusting materials, size or scope, never quality.
Does the quote include transport and installation?
For stands and builds, the quote covers design, production in our Jeddah workshop, transport, installation and dismantling in any Saudi city, itemised so you can see each part.
How long does production take after I approve?
Most printing orders take 1 to 5 working days, field events two to three weeks, and a custom exhibition stand three to five weeks from design approval.
Can a stand be reused to lower the cost of future shows?
Yes. A modular stand is dismantled, stored and rebuilt in different sizes; it costs more the first time and much less from the second exhibition onwards.
