The same team that designs your booth, experience, and journey also designs how promoters fit into it—for seamless execution.
From malls to festivals and corporate events, our teams are used to high-pressure, real-world environments.
Booths, printing, uniforms, giveaways, and promoters—all under one roof for complete campaign management.
We focus on real conversations, not just distributing flyers or standing behind a counter. Every interaction matters.
"We don't send people to stand. We send people to represent."

The programme
Hiring people to stand next to a product is easy and almost never works. A programme that returns anything is built on three unglamorous things.

Choosing the right people, training them on the product rather than on smiling, and having a supervisor on site who can fix a problem at 4pm on a Thursday. That is the part we run, and it is why clients book the same teams again.
The numbers
Figures rather than adjectives.
Brand ambassadors and event staff on file, filtered per brief rather than pulled off a rolling list.
Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar, Makkah, Madinah, Abha, Taif, Jubail, Tabuk and more.
Staffing exhibitions, mall activations, sampling campaigns and retail launches across the Kingdom.
Delivered end to end, most of them combining people on the ground with something we built.
Selection
Recruitment starts from the brief, not from a list. A pharmacy sampling campaign and a gaming launch need different people, and pretending otherwise is how brands end up with a stand nobody approaches.
We shortlist by language, experience in the category, and whether the person can hold a conversation about the product without a script. Then they are briefed properly.
Reporting
Attendance and hours per person, units sampled or sold, footfall where it can be counted, photographs from each day — and the questions the public actually asked.
That last one is usually the most useful thing in the report and the one most agencies never collect. It tells you what your packaging or your pricing is failing to explain, which is worth more than another fifty business cards.
Our brand ambassadors work in 30 Saudi cities, and for a national campaign the value is consistency: the same briefing, the same uniform and the same reporting format in every city, instead of a different local agency setting its own standard in each region.
FAQ
The three that come up before almost every booking.
Two weeks is comfortable for a standard deployment and lets us brief properly. We have staffed at three days' notice, but training gets compressed and it shows on the floor.
Yes. For long campaigns we recommend it — you meet the shortlist, and the people who represent you are people you chose rather than people you were sent.
Both, along with permits where the venue requires them. It is quoted as one line rather than as a series of surprises after the campaign has started.
